Program 入学 Eligibility Requirements
The 口腔卫生计划 入学 is competitive and requires a special application to apply. Applications open each Spring Semester (early January) for admission the following Fall Semester. A maximum of 16 students are admitted each year. Applicants are scored using the point system below. Points will only be awarded for courses completed with a “C” or better. 入学 to the program is based on the total accumulated points earned from completed classes prior to the admission deadline.
入学 Requirements and Application Process
- Applicants who are new to 皇冠hg2020手机app下载 must complete the online college application. Acceptance to the 皇冠hg2020手机app下载 does not imply acceptance into the 口腔卫生计划.
- Overall college-level cumulative GPA of 2.00 (includes all transfer credits) on 1000-level courses and above.
- All program-required courses must be completed with a minimum grade of C or higher.
- In-progress courses will not receive points.
- Applicants must have completed, at minimum, 2 classes from the required sciences: 杂志1217年 (A&生物学报，1218 (a)&P II), 杂志2021年 (Microbiology) and 化学1117 (General, Org, Bio).
- All required science courses must be completed within the past five years. This is calculated from the Fall Semester in which you are applying.
- 原始科学平均绩点2.50. Raw science GPA is calculated using all attempts within the most recent 5-year period in 杂志1217年, 1218, 2021和化学1117.
- Repeated science courses will be averaged for points. Visit with an advisor before repeating a course.
转学
- Applicants must submit official transcripts from all previously attended institutions.
- Applicants who earned credits in fall semester; official transcripts with these fall grades must be submitted to 皇冠hg2020手机app下载 by January 15th to complete the application.

- Most students complete their required science and liberal arts courses prior to acceptance into the program.
- Applicants not accepted into the program will need to meet all requirements and reapply for admission into the program the following year.
- All applicants will be notified of their 口腔卫生计划 application status via email on or before April 20th 每年的.

*Although all the above requirements are necessary to apply, be advised that having met these requirements does not imply acceptance into the 口腔卫生计划. The 口腔卫生计划 receives many applications annually for the 16 available positions thus, 入学竞争激烈.
